MEDICAL LEAVE
Regular full-time team members with at least one year of service will be paid at 100% for the first 10 days of leave, then 80% base pay for the remainder of any medically necessary leave to run concurrently with FMLA.
FAMILY LEAVE
Regular full-time team members with at least one year of service that needs to take off time to care for an FMLA eligible family member (spouse, child, parent) due to illness or injury will be paid at 100% for the first 10 days, and then 50% base pay for the remaining 12 weeks to run concurrently with FMLA.
BEREAVEMENT
Regular full-time team members in the need for absence from work because of death in the family, the company provides the following paid bereavements:
- Immediate family members – spouse/domestic partner, child/stepchild, parents, and siblings can receive up to 20 days.
- Non-immediate family member – grandparents, and in-laws can receive up to 5 days.
MATERNITY LEAVE
Regular full-time team members with at least one year of service receive 12 weeks paid at 100% to run concurrently with FMLA.
PATERNITY LEAVE
Regular full-time team members with at least one year of service receive 2 weeks paid at 100% to run concurrently with FMLA.
BONDING LEAVE
Regular full time team members welcoming a new baby will receive 10 days of bonding leave to use within the first year of baby’s birth or adoption for additional bonding time or childcare issues.
